Email issues - I didn't get a registration/password reset email.
The best way to avoid email problems is to add email@example.com to your address book/safe senders list to make sure our emails are delivered to your inbox.
If you have already submitted the registration or password reset form - and can't find the confirmation email - Please check your spam / deleted items folders to make sure the email wasn't marked as spam.
If the email can't be found in the inbox, spam or deleted items folder, please email Webmaster for assistance.

What's required for a new account?
Do I need to give you my real e-mail address?
Yes. You cannot activate your account and begin using the site until your e-mail address is verified. It's important that your e-mail address is always up-to-date and correct in case we need to contact you.
Can I change my username?
No. Once you create an account, your username cannot be changed, so be careful when selecting one.

Most likely, you have a pop up window killer running on your computer or you have your security settings a little high. It's not a bad thing today but you're missing out on the legitimate pop up windows.
